Najat, the promo video on Lindy Smith's Cake Jewellery Gem DVD and Her Wonky Cake DVD is so tempting. To buy or not to buy that's the question. I love her work as well. Smile

Najat, do you have Mich Turner's Fantatstic Party Cakes? If you do, is it a worthy buy? I saw the review on Amazon and am thinking of getting it. I have her Couture Cakes and love it.

i got my copy of this planet cake yaaaaayy!! cheers

my colleague went to set up an exhibition in sydney and had ample time to jalan-jalan at the bookstore and found it. purchased at AUD45 a bit pricey as compared to UK15 & kino RM103+?
but i guess a few RM xtra is not a prob. I LOVE IT!!! esp the techniques, tips & trouble shooting part.
and the crying baby cupcake is soooo cute
- now i can find a reason to buy the pasta maker Wink

... cant wait to try out the techniques...and cant wait to try the coconut cake recipe bounce

For those who are interested in this book, you can get it from Kinokuniya in KLCC. I found out from Kinokuniya that they do carry this title but currently is out of stock. New stock will coming in at the end of July 09. The price is RM105.90. I hope to be the first to rush here to buy when the stock arrives. Razz

Hi, beldandy, is that USD22.13 you are paying ?I thought they quoted in GBP(pound)?I'm interested now to buy though I'm not a cake decorator, after all the rave reviews.

Last I checked, it's USD24.52 or GBP14.99. That's around RM88- RM90.
They quote in USD, GBP or Euros.
