What a good service.... the Valrhona Chocolate is in..... 3 packs of 1kg bag in a box....

I can try Gina's recipe soon, maybe for Christmas this year with

Can you get 1kg more, they came with nice foil bag of 1kg per pack. Expire in Jan 2011.... You can consider making some nice chocolate cake for us when we next meet (only with Valrhona cocoa)

Poh Sim, Raymond picked up 2kgs of Cocoa already.... get your brother out and introduce him to this club and all the couverture ladies in Malaysia. Good to know there are many other males have this great passion of baking too... so that I wont be the only guy during the next meeting

ha ha Zalina, in that case when you come back from the holiday, you can only get bundt cakes made from Chowkit's lady cocoa and not Queen's cocoa
