Isoo_chin.. I'm a newbie to the world of sugar cookies but ever so eager to try this. Just how big are these cookies? The bigger easier they are to decorate rite?

Stef, I think my cookies are about 3" in size.

Soo Chin, wow! That's sure an advanced order. But good lah at least you have lots of time for preparation. I've got some enquiries for a December wedding too and the wedding party has asked for samples.

Most of the bigger cutters that I have are about 3" in size too. But I am really "scared" of doing shapes with sharp edges like the star, the Xmas tree or even the wedding cakes because they have a tendency to break. Rounded or squarish objects are a lot safer, hehehe.

thanks. Have a few large cutters.. 5" so.. I might brave myself up for it this weekend... Another question.. if decorating wth fondant.. I shld brush the cookies with honey?
