Snowball Chip Cookies
Snowball Chip Cookies

this is the 3rd recipe I tried from my Cookie Bible. Sorry for cause i've translate it to bahasa.
1 1/2 cup butter @ marjerin softened
3/4 cup gula icing
1 tbs Vanilla essence
1/2 tsp garam
3 cup tepung
2 cup mini coklat chip
1/2 cup kekacang yang di cincang halus
sedikit gula icing
Panaskan oven pada suhu 190C.
Pukul butter, gula, vanilla dan garam sehingga berkrim.
Sedikit demi sedikit masukkan tepung, kekacang dan mini chip.
Bulatkan sebesar ibu jari dan susun di atas ungrease pan.
Bakar selama 10-12 minit. Kemudian ayak gula icing ke atas cookies (masih dalam pan)
