			<description>I stand to be corrected but isnt the Chocolate Ganache method on page 121 somewhat confusing? It states to MELT the chocolate chips first and then add the hot cream, but if you look at the photo the cream is being added to UNMELTED chocolate. Small point but could be confusing and would like your views.

When I looked closer, the cupcake recipes are really weird, have tried twice so far and the results the same - curdled appearance, &quot;heavy&quot; and very little rising, also takes about 25/30 mins to appear baked.

Would really like your expert opinions before i write to complain....

I find the wedding cake designs in this book do-able. They are gorgeous looking and can be adapted to our climate as many had royal icing flower decorations.

This book I would say will test your piping skills on flower making, basketweave and piping gel colouring is seen differently here.

			<description>hello all..i'm interested and want to self-learn on how to use fondant for decoration e.g making flowers, figurines etc. but i don't know what is a good book for a beginner like me. i love baking and making pretty things and recently my boyfriend asked if i can make a simple cake for his brother's pertunangan later this year. so i guess i want to do it the fondant way this time. can someone please recommend which book and where or how i can get them? as you know, bookshops in KL don't really  ...</description>
