Read carefully, it is GRAMS. Do you know how much it takes for something light like meringue powder to achieve a weight of 567g? The bottle is 6 inch in height! According to the recipe of royal icing at the back of the bottle, you will need 4 tbsp instead of 3 for Wilton's. Haven't tried making royal icing with this. I was super excited to see tubs of Satin Ice Fondant on the shelf at Yummie's in Bangi. I bought a tub (1 lb) costing RM 25-90 and tested it for the family fruit cake last Christmas. Verdict: It tastes good and is easier to work with than pettince. I got my 'apprentice' to roll it out for me while I was working on another cake and he did it quite easily. It can be rolled quite thinly to be placed on the cake without even a slight tear. It smoothens out easily too. It's ...
