fondant medley
Storebought fondant is costly and expensive, so I try to "stretch" it as much as possible to make it last longer. I found this mixture produces a bulk of paste that works like fondant./
1) Take some white choc plastic, which is very dry, and knead it.
2) Take some rolled buttercream, which is very oily, and knead it into the which choc plastic.
3) Now your mixture is VERY close to being storebought fondant. Also you can mix in some homemade fondant too.
4) THe last step, knead in a BEEEG pinch of storebought fondant, now you can cover your cake.
Rolled buttercream and choc plastic recipes from allrecipes.com. Tweaked them a bit a bit.
