Mango Pudding W/o gelatin

Rolling Eyes Dearest Bakers


Can anyone just share with me how to make mango pudding w/o gelatin? shall i just replace by agar agar power? I have friend which is vegerarian cannot take gelatin & they love mango pudding .

I have use konnyaku jelly powder. works great.

Agar agar is a good substitute - I am a vegetarian and avoid gelatine.

Do i just replace same amount of gelatine with the jelly /agar agar powder? or i need to reduce the amount?
