Summer: Got your PM.... You do not have to sign up for both sessions. You can sign up for the first one (hands on) and you can start teaching the second class for me if I am late for the second session (Jackie is buying lunch )

The different is you will get to touch and feel the fun rather than watching. We will be adding many decoration techniques with chocolate on the first session as the package include a RM100.00 Silicone Pat. As mentioned, the retail value of the package is over RM200.00 (In fact, it is around RM260.00 in total value). So, it is actaully a better deal as you can start making chocolate and acting like a "pro" without spending any extra after class.

Jay, will there be another hands-on class in KL again, later?

Hi Ipoh: I attended a christmas cake seminar yesterday and got this idea of teaching some cup cake decoration with chocolate. Summer, you don't need to bring me any dessert, maybe some cup cakes with no decoration will do. We will dress up those cup cakes with chocolate and create a new trend -- This only apply to the hands on workshop, not the 2nd demo class.... Nurainie, if hope you will bring some too just in case Summer can't get some for us.

As for lunch, Jakie asked me to keep dreaming..... perhaps I should try Mrs. Lai for some bird's net soup instead. Mrs. Lai is not MCDC memeber and I am just trying to help her to spend some money...

Yen Lee, goodies is nothing compare to what you I am ready to share; those knowledges stay inside forever and can not be purchased with money -- that is why I have this strong urge of showing more fancy stuff in my future classes -- am I generous enough? Yes, Rosy touches my heart driving all the way from SP; you might make me cry if you drive all the way from Westport to join us in Ipoh
