Choc demo in Ipoh

Mrs. Lai from Wah Seng has agreed for me to host two chocolate demos in Ipoh on Saturday Dec 12, 2009.

1st Session Hands-on Package 10.45am to 1.45pm (Limit 8 students) -- RM250.00
With Product and Decoration Kit over RM200.00 in total value

2nd Session Demo (Limit 30 students) 2.30pm to 5.00pm -- RM35.00

OPEN for all MCDC member first, register with me here between now and Oct 20 before Mrs. Lai open this for her customers.

All members register with me here will get a copy of "Sweet Sensation" recipe book value at RM36.80

i would like to ask what kind of choco u r using? the 'MCDC' or 'Chow Kit' type? and what are the things that u will be teaching? i have no knowledge and basic about choc before...

any particular brand?

Wow, Rosy.... All the way from Sg Petani? See, the challenge is turning a Chowkit type of lady to MCDC's quality, not easy but it is not imposibble.... not turning them into the premium premium 70% type but at least 50% -- hey, I tot the "choc and ladies" topic is over...

The class is similar to the CC's demo in PJ recently. It is a basic class but everyone will be able to gain some knowledge and be able to make their own chocolate with different fillings after the class.

We will be adding some docoration techniques as well.

It is too far asking you to drive from SP to Ipoh. If you can't make it.... I still appreciate your attempt

Mrs. Lai has no info yet on the class, I just told her I will be there 2nd Sat on December for 2 classes and classes will be open to all MCDC's member first. I will pass her the names of MCDC's member next week with schedule and info. before opening the class to her customers. In this case, I can control the "goodies" to be given to only MCDC members. You can pay her next week after I post a message here....

Jay, I am very realistic one. Got sponsorship got ad; no sponsorship, no ad. Since you are giving our MCDC members priority and goodies to be given away in the class, by all means advertise But, please don't bully my members by asking them to treat you meal
