Chocolate Moulding Demo by Jay Wong

Hi all: Thank you for that wonderful lady who drove all the way from Shah Alam yesterday for a pack of Gourmet Writer and introduced this forum to me. After reading some of the comments, I guess I am better known as the "boss" from cakedekor.com. Please call me Jay from now on, I am just a normal guy with great passion of baking and of course I like to eat (but I am not short and Plum)

I got a chance to meet some of you during FHM 2009 and I only remember a few names. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Belinda for bringing Mamamin to my outlet before FHM and Mamamin was doing such a wonderful job promoting Satinice and Americolor when I was busy counting money. I never pay her to do all that, I didn't even let her claim for her parking ticket . Guess I have to belanja both Mamamin and Belinda makan the next time they are in this part of town. Poor Belinda spent so much at the show, she has burned so much calories on the last day carrying stuff from the show to her car -- crazy shopper. Thank you to you too, Ambika for promoting our range to your students and took all the trouble locating us to get some colours for your students.

Zalina, sorry to empty your pocket on your last visit, wait until I bring in more wonderful stuff, I will try to empty your husband's pocket as well Linda, I still trying to figure out who is the unfriendly short and plum guy. If you forward me your e-mail address, I will send you a picture of our staff and he will kena kaw kaw from me.

We will be having many more distributors promoting Satinice and Americolor in Malaysia. I will get the list organized and put it on our webpage. Give me a buzz if you need to find a distributor near you distributing Satinice and Americolor.

I am looking into more new toys for cupcakes and fondant. If you have any suggestions, please write and I will try to source it. I promised all new items will be reasonable in prices.

For all chocolate lovers, I will be doing a molding chocolate demo in Cake Connection (JayaOne P.J.)on Oct 3. In conjunction to their anniversary celebration, the 2 - 5pm class just cost RM35.00. For all cakedecorclub's member who registered here with me will get a copy of my last recipe book FREE (Sweet Sensation, Retail RM36.80). This is to show my appreciation for all supporters of this site. I would also like to introduce Cake Connection to more people as they are already one year old. I hope I can find fresh durian for durian fillings or we will make Mango Fillings from Fresh Mango. Come and join me for a fun afternoon.

..how about distributing Satinice and Americolor here in ipoh (wah seng ipoh). they 're main supplier here bt i don think they have satinice & americolor.
