Re: Good baking classes
Cake Connection at Jaya 1 is good place for classes cos they engaged professionals who are passionate in their field of expertise. For people who cannot commit their time to attend a series of classes, here is the place where you can pick and choose the courses which interest you rather than spending a lump sum and you are compelled to attend all the classes which you are not so keen on. At the end of the day, you'll have to ask yourself what are you looking for and how much are you willing to part.

I agreed with yenlee comments....BWY classes for a start of baking line..then you can upgrade yourself to some advance classes else where.. been there once for demo class only...but I've attended Jo's classes at CC & completed my wilton classes as well as sk class...there more advance & more to spend....
but...why not ...if you've extra money....thanks to all my sifus, Jo, Lynette, YM & Rosalind....

Re: Good baking classes
I've done and completed Wilton 1. In progress Wilton 2 and Wilton 3. I think I prefer Wilton. The courses are systematic. You have course book. You have tools. Most of the tools are in the course kit. The only thing is, you have to start from Course 1 and no jumping courses. And I chose the one in Kota Damansara. Not other branches.
Now I'm going through MIB and Sugarcraft Certificate for cake deco. I'm not sure how much in MIB but Sugarcraft is RM750. Going through their syllabus, I still opt for ICCA-Wilton. You learn step by step and the right techniques of cake deco. By the way Wilton 1 is buttercream deco. Wilton 2 Royal Icing flowers using flower nails, color flow and baskwt weave. Wilton 3 - Fondant, Royal Icing flowers with Lily Nail and Tier/Stacked Cakes.

Re: Good baking classes
Wilton Course 1- the basics of piping skills...from zero knowledge, how to hold piping bag, positioning of hand during piping, icing consistencies for different patterns, proper piping of stars, shells, figure piping, piping roses, pattern transfer...etc
Re: Good baking classes
