Dessert buffet for functions

Hi everyone,
I just recently back to Malaysia. After having first extreme needy baby, hard to go back to work.
I am starting my home base business making desserts and cakes for functions and buffet. Is there anyone that give some inside tips on where to target customers? Everyone seems to have all these networks!!! I have been overseas last 10 years, so lost now...
Also, anyone interested for my service can contact me anytime!!!
