congrats Gina on the halal certification..so your customer crowd will be bigger now

gourmet chocolate! yuuuummm!!! but Gina, I'm not good with chocolate melting and tempering..I don't have the thermometer and it's expensive to get one since we use it for own purpose and not business..any advice on how to do it right with the thermometer or as long as I use gourmet chocolate or couverture the chocolate will look and taste good?

so Gina, if I wanna order those dragees and other stuffs in the future, how? I write to you izzit?

Simply put, every other week, I have added more things in my store to sell. Thus I have to re arrange the shelving of things to put new things in.

no Credit card. Only Cash or NETS. Edible stuff can go back to Msia. Coz a few people from Malaysia have already come here and bought stuff.

I am in the shop from 2pm to 9pm. Everyday..unless I have private classes or weekend classes to do.

So if you wanna visit the store and see me, best to come in the late afternoon or evening..sure to see me!

I have some things hidden in my office..coz its too small to put outside for sale and people may mistook it for real GOLD.

I meant that I also sell Gold Leaf(Edible) from Europe. Kept that under lock and key.

I now have no stock of the Bakels Chocolate Fondant..the new stock will only come end July. Right now, the only Malaysians at MCDC that has it is Jo and YM(Yoke Mei)
