As the moderators and the host need to estimate the extra chairs and tables that we will need to rent from outside vendor, I will have to close the signing up earlier this time.

The signing up for MCDC 1st Anniversary Celebration on 4th July, 2-5pm is now CLOSED. Total sign ups is 65. All names on waiting list are included.

Reminder:
- Please bring along a gift worth RM 15 for gift exchange.
- Please be there 15 minutes early to register yourself at the entrace. Please also drop your gift for gift exchange at the entrance with Najat and team.
- Selling of MCDC aprons will also be at the registration desk. Please remember to bring along shopping bags and small change for shoping
- Please let the guards know that you are attending MCDC Meeting and they will let you in without having to register.
- 15 parking lots are reserved by Margaret at the back of Block B, near TNB. Availability is on first come first basis.
- Garage sale will be during break only (and not before meeting starts as it could be a bit chaotic during that time).
- Last but not least, HAVE FUN!

Can I still buy the apron even if i am not attending the meet? Can I RESERVE one now?

Can we have a show of 'hands', who will not be able to make it to the meeting? We are finalising things now, e.g. catering, chairs, tables, etc, and it is sure good to know as soon as possible if any of you can't make it. Your corporation is much appreciated.
