MCDC Quiz - Chocolate & 'Ladies'
Right Jo, I am still trying to associate people with names. I am still very new here...
You are good in sales too.... guess you must have been hanging out too much with Eunice..... I met her on Saturday, a very bright, friendly and hardworking lady....

Re: MCDC Quiz - Chocolate & 'Ladies'
Hahaha...... I am already good in sales without hanging out with Eunice
Just joking, actually I am a very bad sales person. I don't make a single cent out of this club and forum. All contributions are channelled back to the club fund or the credit system of this forum. The advertisers whom you can see on the right of this page, they are our sponsors, e.g. door gift, SSW tools, etc.

Re: MCDC Quiz - Chocolate & 'Ladies'
Ok Ok, everyone will get something special; you will get something a little more special....
Re: MCDC Quiz - Chocolate & 'Ladies'
Yeah Jay, you really is bad in associating people with names! Just remember, this is Margaret Ban - the one who is the most demure in MCDC (ha ha)
And of course, I will bring you a BIG BOX OF CHOCOLATES the next time we meet........... at least (hopefully) that stop you from going on and on and in the end, after a good 10 minutes of listening to you, the poor me still does not know the difference between COMPOUND and CONVERTURE chocolates. You know what this means, you got the gift of talking a lot of things, without talking anything ....... or maybe I am just .........
Tks for the class. It was real fun.

Yup, I agree with Margaret, the class was indeed fun. Margaret, dont worry, you are not the only one who still cannot distinguish between COMPOUND and CONVERTURE choc, we are both in the same boat!

Re: MCDC Quiz - Chocolate & 'Ladies'
Margaret/Yen Lee: Spell as COUVERTURE..... Zalina has actually given me an idea of how to differentiate compound and couverture....
Think of those "Ladies" in Chowkit and all MCDC ladies members; couverture is the PREMIUM quality like all MCDC members. Compound is like those from Chowkit (not real). Don't get me wrong, there is some good compound as well. That is why you can find some good looking one TOOOOOO in Chowkit ....
MamaMin, not that I go Chowkit a lot; when I have Overseas Suppliers in town, we like to drive around Chowkit to show our greatest landmark in KL -- those better looking one comes out at night. So, if you go Chowkit during the day, you can hardly see any good one; they go to bed during the day.... he he, I will be very
if people thinks I am a Chowkit's Kaki, I am just sharing what I know to all of you like how I share my knowledge of chocolate.....
In short, (Pls take NOTE MS Demureness) Couverture is real chocolate with cocoa mass or cocoa solid and Cocoa Butter. Compound is replacement of cocoa and substitute fat from Palm oil or Coconut oil. Very easy to remember; Yen Lee, as easy as placing a piece of Peanut Butter Chocolate in you mouth

Re: MCDC Quiz - Chocolate & 'Ladies'
Well, obviously you guys have gone off topic. Got to split this portion of the conversation out. The chocolate and 'ladies' talk has certainly been interesting. Please continue here ......

Najat, you are very naughty! If you are my student, I will ask you stand outside the class for a minute.... second thought; I like you answer too, you must be very creative.....
Gerry, I have an answer for you; I want to give a chance to students like Amy, Poh Sim, Margaret, Yuha, Yen Lee, Mamamin and Belinda (I can't remember the other two
) to answer this if they took notes in the class last week
.... yes, you will get a gift if you answer this correctly.....
