SOS! Is BWY closed on Mondays?

Is BWY close on Monday? Tried calling them but no one is answering. SOS!

my friend who's working near BWY said they r just malas to pick up the calls

Errr...i think most bwy like that, either no one picks up or you have to wait very long for someone to pick up. Very busy i guess....

they usually don't pick up calls. if you call the puchong branch early when they open, they will answer calls.

later in the day, tough luck. They usually don't.

The Taman Megah branch in pj, don't answer at all. This is just my experience.

Yup ladies, getting through to BWY is like trying to reach the Prime Minister himself. The cashiers in Chow Kit BWY are so indifferent and rude, you would think they are doing you a favour.

Ya I had a bad experience with them as well. They gave me their word that they would call me to confirm a baking class but never did. I rang upteen times no one picked up the phone. I had to drive there the day before the class to check if it was still on. All the staff there really have this "tidak apa" attitude.

No choice la. Still have to go back there as they are still the biggest baking ingredient shop around. Sigh..........

I think BWY's business is too good. So, customer service/satisfaction is down the drain.
I gave up calling, and just drove down. Luckily they were open.

The Puhcong branch is only closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. On other days they are open until 6:00 pm except for Saturdays when they close at 5:00 pm.

BWY has to provide etiquette training to their staff.. called them once and I was !!!I found them on the net while looking for Wilton distributors so I guess I had higher expectations.. but the silver lining was because of their "phone manners" I called ICCA instead and I didn't hesitate to sign up with them. I still haven't gone to BWY ..and I don't think I have an urgent need to. I still believe that service makes people come back. No matter how good the business is, if the people serving u is crap... u will find another outlet. My 2 cents anyway

Haha .... speaking of BWY. I went to BWY Puchong this morning and the young cashier lady came and told me that she made a mistake in my last purchase, i.e. short charged me some window boxes. I told her to call me instead of me calling her as they either don't pick up phones or I would get transferred from one person to the other and finally don't get to speak to the right person

I only go to BWY whenever i need fondant. Will try to stock up whatever i need at the same time.

There is a small baking supply outlet at my housing area in Bandar Mahkota Cheras. They are more pricey than BWY but their service is very good. Whenever i need something urgently, i just get it from them.

I went to BWY, Chow Kit last Friday during my trip to KL. Asked one of the staff lady there, 'Do you sell silicone baking mat?'. She answered me, 'WHAT? WHAT IS THAT?' Replied in a rude way in cantonese. I was so disappointed went to that shop. The road was dirty and the place was scary. That was first and last time to that shop.

seems like everyone has our good experience at BWY.
