aah!!! m back n m so stressed, so many things outstanding and my admin/ store keeper is leaving!

Yes, stressed stressed stressed!!! I am in tremendous stressed now. Have been non-stop baking since I woke up this morning. Still not done yet, waiting for my 12" to get baked. Need to deliver 2 wedding cakes tomorrow afternoon (one 3-tier and one 4-tier) and I AM STILL BAKING AT 6PM the day before!!!! NO TIME FOR DECORATION ALREADY. PANIC!!!!!

Wati, got your PM. Still thinking on how to go about the various activities you proposed. Well, I should say, haven't really had time to really think about it Am sorry about this. Gimme a little bit more time.

Wati and Jo, we stress togeder-geder k? Have been surviving on 3-4 hour sleep every weekend for the longest time. Don't even remember what it feels like to sleep for more than 5 hours straight!

Min, it turned out to be 2 x 4-tier. One of the originally 3-tier (which was the B&W cake I did last week), I decided to add a small tier on top as the whole cake would just look taller, slimer and more elegant with a small cake as top tier. And guess what, I did that for FREE cos it was solely my own initiative so couldn't charge. After delivering these 2 cakes in the same evening (ran from Glenmarie to Sg. Penchala), I had a 2-tier the next morning Why on earth am I torturing myself like that
