MCDC Meet #10 at the Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia

IMPORTANT! The moderators urge that you read the below before putting your name down at the registration list.


RULE 1: A member must LOG IN and put down his/her name at the below list. Reserving seats for others is NOT ALLOWED.

RULE 2: Non-members wil be put on waiting list and allocation of seat is subject to confirmation 1-2 days before the event. Please check seat availability at the forum 1-2 days before the event.

RULE 3: Registration will be closed after 24th Oct 2010 (Sun) or when the max. no. of pax (i.e. 40) is reached. Allocation of seat after the deadline will be solely on the moderators' discretion. As the organiser will be preparing the handouts, demo material, ingredients and refreshment based on the registered number, the moderators urge you to ensure your presence at the event once you have registered yourself. This is important to ensure continous support for MCDC from our sponsors.



MCDC Meet #10

Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia is a premier institute offerring you unique opportunity in learning the art of bakery and pastry making in a professional setting. The Malaysian Cake Decorators Club (MCDC) is honoured to collaborate with the Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia for the upcoming Meet to bring you live demonstrations on two of the most 'sought-after' recipes/techniques in the bakery and sugar arts. You will be introduced to the making of macaroons and the fundamental of pulled sugar in these demonstrations.

Time : 2pm - 5pm

Fee : RM 40, payable on actual day.
Deadline for registration: 24th Oct 2010 (Sun) or when the max. no. is reached, whichever comes first.
