MCDC Christmas Get-Together - 12th Dec (Sat), 3pm- RESCHEDULED

So here they are the rules again :

FUN RULES just in case you have forgotten from our previous meet:

FUN RULE 1: All members must LOG IN and put down their names below. Reserving seats for others is NOT ALLOWED.

FUN RULE 2: Non-members wil be put on waiting list and allocation of seat is subject to confirmation 2 days before the event. Please check seat availability at the forum 1-2 days before the event.


MCDC Christmas Get-Togeher (Meet #7)
Date : 12th Dec, 09 (Sat)
Time : 3 - 5.30 pm
Venue : Jasmine Block A, Jasmine Tower, SS2, PJ
Fee : RM 40

Agenda:

1. We have seen her work which she kindly shared on the forum. Now our lovely member, Lyzaghazali is going to show us how to decorate beautiful cookies and the ways of packaging them. Come and see how Lyza turns ordinary sugar cookies into beautiful creations!
2. Cookie Exchange - And now this is fun! You are going to pick up one design from the below list and have your name written next to it. Bake, decorate and package the no. of cookies enough for the total no. of members who are coming to the Get-Together (so please check the total no. of pax before baking your cookies ). We are then going to exchange ours with cookies brought by others. You will come with one single design cookie and go back with a bunch of cookies of various designs.
3. As usual, light food and beverage will be served.



Map and directions:
Due to shortage of visitor parking, please park your cars at the roadside outside of Jasmin Tower. Let the guards know that you are attending the MCDC function, they will let you in without having to sign in. Head to Jasmin A's lobby. Turn right at the lobby and look for the community hall. Margaret and the moderators will be there early to greet everybody.

When I was planning for this Meet #6 with Jo back in Sept I was thinking of making either the Angel or Santa cookies and was excited to have >20 cookies to test/taste...

But now I have to say "please, please, please post pictures of each cookies and of Lyza's demo too" ... You girls have fun and I'll log in from Australia to see what you get with envy ...

p/s I don't mind getting cookie crumbs either ... I'm not fussy...

I'll remind myself that I need to bring my good friend - the Sony Cybershot for picture taking on that day too.

Actually I'm interested to join but on that day I have to fly to Labuan....
