MCDC Meet #7

So here they are the rules again :

FUN RULES just in case you have forgotten from our previous meet:

FUN RULE 1: All members must LOG IN and put down their names below. Reserving seats for others is NOT ALLOWED.

FUN RULE 2: Non-members wil be put on waiting list and allocation of seat is subject to confirmation 2 days before the event. Please check seat availability at the forum 1-2 days before the event.


MCDC Meet #7
Date : 30th Jan 2010 (Sat)
Time : 2-4 pm
Venue : Inamohde's house at 35, Jalan 32/54, Bukit Rimau, Shah Alam.
Fee : RM 40

The Venue:
This time we have opted a change in venue and we thought this will be a nice change especially to members who stay at the other side of the Klang Valley . Lets party and mess Ina's place up!!!

Agenda:

1. Ms Lynette Wong is of no stranger to us. Being a Wilton Method Instructos (WMI), Lynette has been conducting classes at ICCA and Cake Connection. We are hounoured to have Lynette with us this time to show us how to decorate beautiful cookies, the fast and easy way to get them dried and the ways of packaging them to make sure they are fresh and prettily maintaining their shape. Come and see how Lynette turns ordinary sugar cookies into beautiful creations!

2. Festivities Cookie Decoration Contest Showcase and Prize Presentation - Here's another contest proudly organised by the moderator team of MCDC! It can't be easier than this to stand a chance to win one of the fabulous prizes we have prepared for you; all you need to do is just to submit ONE cookie of ONE design, in the form of just ONE photograph! We look forward to seeing your creations! Hop over here for the contest details.

3. Garage sale will be made available at every of our Meet starting from Meet #7. Come and see the interesting books, magazines, character pans, papercups, etc which you can get at reasonable prices. Click here for more details.

4. As usual, light food and beverage will be served.

"From KL, take Kesas Highway towards Pulau Indah and take exit 505. Go straight until you hit the first roundabout, take 12o'clock. Go straight until you hit second roundabout and take 3co'clock. Turn in the first left and you will get to the guardhouse. Register your name and then go in. Go straight and you will get to a small roundabout and go 12o'clock. Turn into the first left after the small roundabout, this is Jalan Sg Ramal 32/54. Go straight until you get to almost the end which is No 35."

Speaking of Lynette, I learnt how to do fondant cakes from lynette from cake connection early this year. I am glad that I went for 1 lesson with her, or else, I wouldn't even be here to join everyone at the forum.
