IMPORTANT! The admin urges that you read the below before putting your name down at the registration list.


RULE 1: All members must LOG IN and put down their names below. Reserving seats for others is NOT ALLOWED.

RULE 2: Non-members wil be put on waiting list and allocation of seat is subject to confirmation a week before the event. Please check seat availability at the forum 1 week before the event.

RULE 3: Registration will be closed after 11th Apr 2010 (Sun) or when the max. no. of pax (i.e. 60) is reached. Allocation of seat after the deadline will be solely on the moderators' discretion. This will be a fully sponsored event. As the organiser will be preparing the handouts, demo material, ingredients and refreshment based on the registered number, the moderators urge you to ensure your presence at the event once you have registered yourself. This is important to ensure continous support for MCDC from our sponsors.

You have been wondering how to make your own ice cream at home? Interested to find out how easy it could be serving your very own ice cream cake to your family and friends?

The Malaysian Cake Decorators Club is honoured to have Pastry Pro, one of the most established and leading suppliers of bakery and confectionery ingredients and equipment, to fully sponsor and to host the upcoming MCDC Meet. MCDC members will be introduced to the process of making ice cream, various ways of flavouring it and what's more - the way of making ice cream cakes!!

Time : 10am - 1pm

Fee : FREE. Fully sponsored by Pastry Pro
Deadline for registration: 11th Apr 2010 (Sun) or when the max. no. is reached, whichever comes first.

Demonstration:

1. Introduction to the process of making ice cream: mixing, pasteurizing, ageing, freezing
2. Introduction to the ingredients: milk, cream, sugar, stabilizer, flavoring

3. The making of

Milk ice-creams. Flavours include:
- Vanilla
- Marshmallow
- Chocolate Pebbles

Fruit ice-cream. Flavours include:
- Mango
- Elderberry

4. The making of ice cream cake.
