MCDC Meet #9 - A Vegetarian Themed Gathering

MCDC will be 2 years old this coming July. We will be having our Vegetarian Themed and Anniversary Meet at Ambika's Party House this time MCDC Meet #9 - A Vegetarian Themed Gathering Icon_wink

. As usual, kindly take note that:

1. All members must LOG IN and put down their names below. Reserving seats for others is NOT ALLOWED.

2. Non-members wil be put on waiting list and allocation of seat is subject to confirmation a week before the event. Please check seat availability at the forum 1 week before the event.

3: Registration will be closed after 18th July 2010 (Sun) or when the max. no. of pax (i.e. 40) is reached. Allocation of seat after the deadline will be solely on the moderators' discretion.

What will we be doing this time?

1. Women's Health Talk by Ambika

2. Demonstration on the making of a vegetarian dish and a dessert by Ambika. Recipes:

- Rainbow Couscous with Tomato salad in yogurt dressing
- Pistachio Kulfi (Indian Ice Cream)

3. Demonstration on the making of a handbag cake by Jo.

Attention please ladies. Amendment needed on Sugarveil. Just found out that due to the short in sugarveil icing, we will not able to organise a hands-on session for this. As the Sugarveil icing and its machine is also new to Ambika and we, the moderators, this will be more of a sharing session, NOT DEMO. Sorry about the confusion. Please take note.
